At Pure Prone Sleep, we use pocket sheets on our mattresses. They wrap around the face rest proning cavity and provide a nice snug tight fit. Without a tight fit the sheets can have a tendency to loosen falling down and block the airflow around the face rest.

With 2 inches of beaded gel-infused memory foam, combined with a 1 inch base of high of density foam.
