Payment Terms
- Total Cost: $1,899 (Full Sleep Package)
- Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your custom order. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
- Lead Time: Approximately 4 weeks for shipping.
- Policy: As all items are custom-made for your order, returns and exchanges are not permitted.
- Warranty: 3 year on Scissors Lift Face Rest, covers normal wear and tear.

- Shipping Package B: The scissors lift and face cradle ship separately; these will incur a separate shipping charge.
